    Day 2 Gym

    Sunday, January 4, 2009, 10:12 PM [Healing]

I am clocking in at 175 (bit of back side huh? lol)

    Before going to the gym:

    did 20 abdominal crunches
    did 20 Bilateral sit ups
did 20 duel torso sit ups
    did 20 reverse sit ups
    did 20 squats
    did 20 wide stance squats
    did 20 caff raises

    At the Gym:

Worked out for 10 mins in heated pool.

Stretched in hot tub for 17 mins.

Swam breast stoke for 15 mins in the cold pool and did points for my arms

Stayed Steam room for 15 mins stretching out and did G-jo points

Feeling confused at the weight jump. (Man I need a better diet, lol.)

    How is everyone else doing?

Health tip of the day: Boiron is one of the best place to go for your herbal needs. If you have any questions just contact me.

Welcome ye unto the Shire, Friar Brian. ‘Tis a goodly thing to have a man of the cloth that walketh the pathways of this land. ‘Twould seem unto mine eyes thou art a man that doth labor to help those of less fortune.

To be sure Latin be the mother of tongues, but I would suggest unto thee English be rapted in the gathering of new words from any and all natives.

English est a Germanic lingua paro ut Latin sceptrum tamen desolo suus grammar in quaero of otium of utor.

Hello and be welcome to the shire. The study of latin not an easy task, but well worth the rewards. Good luck.

I like the last sentence in your posting today, thank you. And yes, I do feel a bit better.
